Work description
The Better Care Fund Support Programme is seeking a contractor to provide support to Thurrock place, to bring together partners to assess and action the best use of funds locally, by analysing the effectiveness of BCF schemes and creating a sustainable footing for Thurrock's integrated commissioning ambitions.
