Review of our Programme Management and Control capabilities

Description

A structured review will be conducted to assess NRS's current Programme Management and Control capabilities, supporting the next phase of PMO development in line with the revised target operating model. The review will identify capability gaps, engage stakeholders to align on priorities, and provide recommendations for building a high-performing, outcome-focused delivery environment. It will also support PMO leads and experts in designing tailored, flexible solutions that enable informed decision-making and align with NRS's strategic goal of becoming a programmatic organisation.
