Re-Roofing of Dalcross House

The works at Dalcross House are to be undertaken to rectify deficiencies in the original construction design and prevent further water ingress in to the top floor flats. In addition to the roof covering replacement and associated works, the opportunity will be taken to improve the specification of the guttering, increase the thermal efficiency of the loft insulation and redecorate the external areas of the block previously painted.
