Procurement for the Provision and Maintenance of White Good Laundry Machines - AWARD

Description

L and Q intends to award a contract to a single supplier for 3 years (36 months) with the option of x2 extensions 12 months each. The selected supplier will be required to provide domestic and commercial appliances including washing machines, dryers and ancillary equipment that suit the requirements of the stakeholder. The supplier will also be expected to undertake monthly maintenance checks of all machines and equipment and undertake cleaning of any associated ventilation equipment every six months. The supplier shall be expected to provide reports and certificates demonstrating the completion of these tasks.
