To both support our ambitious climate emergency targets and improve energy efficiency and alleviate fuel poverty, we are seeking consultancy support to set out a phased evidenced based approach to domestic energy retrofit at local authority level, aligned with pathways to net-zero carbon by 2038 and prioritised by local needs.
