## Description

The scope of this project is to seek one or more service providers to deliver specialist technical advice to businesses in the form of an Energy Efficiency Support Programme targeted at SMEs which are registered as part of the European Regional Development Fund \(ERDF\) programme Hull Business Energy Efficiency Scheme \(HBEES\)\. The scheme commenced 1st July 2020 and is being led and administered by Hull City Council\. The Service Provider\(s\) shall be expected to deliver high quality energy efficiency related specialist 1-2-1 advice to support SMEs in Hull\. Advice shall be tailored to the individual needs of businesses\. All businesses accessing the support shall be registered on the HBEES programme\.
