## Description

The service provision will: • Recruit, train and support a team of volunteer Independent Visitors from diverse backgrounds\. • Successfully promote the service to encourage the referral of the most vulnerable children to the service including those with complex needs and vulnerabilities\. • Implement a safe and age appropriate linking process to ensure best match for children and Independent Visitors • Contribute to children achieving positive outcomes • Ensure that children are safeguarded at all times\. • Comply with performance and finance monitoring requirements\. • Ensure that there are effective mechanisms for children to comment on and contribute to the design and delivery of the service\. • Work in partnership with key stakeholders\.
