Independent Visitors - AWARD

The service provision will:

• Recruit, train and support a team of volunteer Independent Visitors from diverse backgrounds. • Successfully promote the service to encourage the referral of the most vulnerable children to the service including those with complex needs and vulnerabilities. • Implement a safe and age appropriate linking process to ensure best match for children and Independent Visitors • Contribute to children achieving positive outcomes • Ensure that children are safeguarded at all times. • Comply with performance and finance monitoring requirements. • Ensure that there are effective mechanisms for children to comment on and contribute to the design and delivery of the service. • Work in partnership with key stakeholders.
