Mace Dragados require a specialist supplier to design, manufacture and install a 5 storey, approximately 5000m2 floor area, modular site office accommodation building\. The building shall be installed in the HS2 Curzon Street site in Birmingham\. The building shall comprise It shall be of a modular construction and requires the following Modular building incl offices/ meeting rooms, canteen facilities, changing& lockers, toilets & hygiene, MEP services to building, fire systems, heating Stairways, lifts Internal fit out Furnishings to all areas Provision of lifts Security Systems IT and Data Systems Air Conditioning
