## Description

Mace Dragados require a specialist brickwork/stonework subcontractor to carry out new and remedial brickwork and stonework including the removal of temporary weathering, brickwork cleaning, and the provision of the scaffolding works to the North East and North West Facades of the Royal College of General Practitioners \(RCGP\) Grade II listed building adjacent to Euston Station London\. We propose to let a single subcontract covering all of these works\. See attached draft Scope of Works for which pages 4-15 describe the works required\.
