Renewables/ New Technology contract for all Clarion properties nationwide\. This will consist of a pre-planned programme of inspections, responsive repairs and remedial works for equipment in communal and individual dwellings\. To include •Air Conditioning •Solar PV \(Photovoltaic\) •Wind •MVHR's \(Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery\) •Domestic NIBE •Domestic ASHP \(Air Source Heat Pump\) •Domestic GSHP \(Ground Source Heat Pump\) •Domestic Unvented Cylinders- with no gas supply •Electric Boilers •Thermal Heat Stores •Infrared Heating
