## Description

The Council wishes to procure and offer Specialist Legal Advice and Support to Harlow residents which includes signposting and provision of information\. For example, the service will be required to provide practical and legal advice and assistance in the following areas of law, Housing, Welfare Benefits and Money Management/Debt Advice\. The Council requires that the service delivers a comprehensive legal service, including representation where this is permitted - mindful that some representation can only be undertaken by qualified lawyers or individuals acting under their supervision\.
