Light Rail Expansion Programme - Economic Assessment

SYMCA is looking to procure the services of a partner or partners to set out an ambitious programme of light rail interventions through two commissions. We are seeking to extend the tram network in Sheffield as part of a wider ambition to foster long-term regional economic growth. This commission will focus on how strategic transport investments can unlock growth by improving connectivity, increasing productivity, driving housing development, and creating growth zones within the region, specifically the SY tram.
