Work description
Transformation to-date within DWP Technology Services has resulted in a high-capacity Cloud connectivity service for consumers being provided by the Secure Digital Exchange (SDX) team, which sits under both HCS and Operations. As the service has been stood-up and become operational, there have been identified requirements relating to process, capability, knowledge, and performance management.
