Business Cases Author - Barts Life Sciences Campus

In January 2019, the Trust commissioned a piece of work to identify the physical space requirements for Barts Life Sciences together with other Trust related space requirements.

Over a period of several months, workshops were held with the users of the proposed services and space requirements/adjacencies were identified together with high level financial modelling. A Project Brief was produced and this informed the Strategic Outline Case (SOC), which was submitted to NHSE/I in October. The Trust is now procuring the Business Case Team to write the relevant Business Cases specific to the Trust.
