The Authority wishes to establish an Agreement for the provision of Spoil Pile Relocation and disposal Works\. Works consist of: relocation of the existing spoil pile adjacent to B1 to two locations on site, forming a smaller bund adjacent to the B1 building, removal of one substation spoil pile and retaining walls off site\.
