## Description

Level 3 Support and maintenance of the PTP CAM system which is a legacy service that manages customer accounts for pension centres and supports more than 3,000 concurrent agents managing direct telephone and paper-based contact with customers\. It is a front-end solution interfacing with HMRC and a number of DWP systems including the legacy systems PSCS and ISCS\.
