Work description
Procurement of a cloud based / server based software product that can import the existing historical meeting information including agendas, minutes and reports onto the new system, and allows the Council to create, publish and store a full database of agendas, minutes, reports, decisions, forward plans and other documents related to the decision making process to the Council website.
