## Description

Fortis Living is seeking 1 suitable contractor who has the appropriate skills, equipment, track-record and management capability to deliver and manage a window cleaning programme Group-wide\. Various locations throughout Worcestershire and Herefordshire across the next 5 years\. No subcontracting nor location selection will be permitted, we currently have 229 blocks requiring bi-monthly cleaning ranging from 2-12 storeys\. Our 3 high-rise blocks \(each 12 stories high\) are the key criteria throughout the various decision making processes, current/recent experience with dealing with high-rise block is critical\.
