Provision of Workstream Programme Support

Consultancy Support - This contract was awarded under the Crown Commercial Services MCF3 Framework Lot 3 via the further competition process

The requirement included the following support

1.Help our program leads to develop the innovative concepts into a deliverable product/service.

2.To help us formulate a specification to enable it to go to market to attract the best-in-class providers to assist in the delivery of the product/s.

3. To challenge current thinking, act as a critical friend and Propose the transformation and redesign of solutions.

4. To look at partnering models and in considering options successful bidders should consider this as part of any solution .
