ESF funded activity to support individuals who are NEET in The Marches LEP area

To procure the services of organisations to deliver activity to support individuals who are NEET on behalf of The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills acting through the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) for delivery in The Marches Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) area

Delivery of Education & Vocational training services activity funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) to support individuals who are NEET or in danger of becoming NEET identified in the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) area mentioned above.

Additional information: It should be noted that the SFA uses its own e-tendering portal provided as a managed service and that is the only means that responses to this ITT will be allowed

The ITT has been issued to all candidates who have submitted a successful response to The Register of Training Organisations refresh for the delivery of education and training services, candidates passing delivery of Information, advice and guidance as at September 2015, and the recent Register publication as at February 2016, and indicated that they were interested in delivering: • to one of the LEP areas covered by these ITT’s • Education and vocational training to individuals 15-24 identified as NEET or at risk of becoming NEET. • candidates passing delivery of education and training and selecting the following options: • 16-18 apprenticeships • 19-23 apprenticeships • Traineeships • Skills for Life • Pre-employment training • Community Learning • ESOL • Skills support for the unemployed
