## Description

Invitation to Mini Compete \(ITMC\) Consultants invited to undertake a full survey of the carpark area and the upper concourse, and to prepare a full scope of works, drawings and details as necessary for a future capital works project to be tendered through the Councils framework of contractors\. • Strip out and replacement of screed and paving to the upper level including tanking down to structural deck\. • Removal of planters, ramps, and stairs • Prepare surfaces as required\. • Provide new tanking to upper deck level\. • Provide new paving on screeded base\. • Reinstate planters, steps, and ramps\. • Replace all upper and lower-level drainage\. • Concrete repairs to all structural elements\. • Replacement of ACM as required\. • General repairs\.
