PR2191A - Provision of Digital Learning Contents

PHSO is looking for a single supplier to provide digital learning contents. The awarded supplier will provide access to a wide range of learning resources in a variety of formats that are accessible and of the highest quality, conforming to WCAG 2.1 standards and fully integrates with our current LMS system (Totara learn v16), eliminating the requirement for manually downloading and uploading resources and content. The number of licenses / headcount required is 700.
