Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Scheme

CPI aims to enhance its commitment to environmental sustainability by encouraging employees to choose electric vehicles through a salary sacrifice scheme. CPI intends to offer employees the opportunity to lease electric vehicles using a portion of their pre-tax salary, thereby making EV ownership more accessible and affordable and, in turn, offering a more environmentally sustainable vehicle option for employees.  CPI envisages the Contractor providing an End-to-End Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Scheme including the following elements: - A wide range of EV Vehicles - Home Charging - Employer Protection -Employee Engagement -Maintenance and Support Currently CPI have 707 eligible employees, it is expected that during the term of this Contract this number will potentially increase. The Contract will be let for a period of 48 months with no extensions. The scheme must be implemented and operational by 31st March 2024.
