Efficiency Review - Further Competition under RM6309 CCS MCF4 (Lot 3 Complex & Transformative)

Description

Efficiency Review to support the delivery of change initiatives across the County Council service areas, The contract will be for a maximum period of 60 months. The initial term of this contract is for the Review Phase which is expected to last 6 months. There are optional extensions should the Council wish to extend the contract for the successful bidder for Phase 2 (Implementation programme) of the contract. The Council may or may not extend the contract into the Implementation Phase. The initial term of the contract at the beginning of phase 2 will be 24 months will option to extend in annual increments thereafter. Where the implementation option is taken the contract for both phases shall not exceed 5 years. The contract value stated is a maximum possible value based on the maximum term of the contract including optional extension periods, which shall not exceed 60 months.
