Q20570 - Next Generation User Experience - Model Office

To provide consultancy services to lead the design and build of a 'model office' environment using Microsoft cloud features already available to the Council through our Microsoft licensing. The model office will enable the Council to evaluate modern methods of managing and securing end user devices and distributing software to those devices including Windows 11 operating system.

The consultancy will provide the subject matter expertise required to lead the discovery and design exercise; leading Council staff through the available functionality, eliciting appropriate organisational information and design decisions, and the production of a solution design that will be signed off by the Council. The consultancy will then lead on the build phase, handover of operational responsibilities and to help develop the criteria used for internal evaluation.
