Work description
Cumbria County Council is commissioning services to meet the following statutory duties:
to provide a Children and Young People?s Advocacy Service, that is independent of the Council and is made available to children looked after, young people leaving care, children in need, children subject to a child protection plan and privately fostered children.
to ensure an independent person visits a children?s home at least once each month and performs duties as set out in The Children?s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Regulation 44.
