A consultant has been appointed to develop an incremental approach to determine the problems to solve and opportunities to pursue, secure sponsorship, build, refine, and test the Jisc solution/technical, commercial and stakeholder 'story' and understand the competitive and partnering position for a lifelong learning experience and associated services.
