## Description

Scope of the Works: \* The removal from dwellings of existing heating and hot water equipment, wiring and pipework\. \* The design, installation, commissioning and certification of new low temperature hot water heating systems and air source heat pumps, together with all associated electrical work\. \* The provision of all necessary builders work and making good\. Extent of the Works: It is intended that the works will be undertaken to approximately 140 properties owned and/ or managed by Aragon Housing Association Ltd and approximately 168 properties owned and/or managed by South Northants Homes Ltd\. The Contract Period for both Contracts will be one year\. The Scope of the Works is fully defined in the Tender Specification\.
