## Description

This DPEL will provide the tNCEA Programme with clarity in Vision, Mission and Objectives supporting programme delivery, ensuring consistent messaging and a coherent visual narrative of the purpose, delivery roadmap and benefits of tNCEA\. It will continue to develop three key areas of the PMO- finance, planning and benefits, and will also develop a data-commissioning tool to calculate costing field survey projects for tNCEA, while also considering scales of efficiency\.
