## Description

Tees Valley Combined Authority \(TVCA\) \("the contracting authority"\) have awarded a contract to Muckle LLP for Legal Support for a framework creation\. Direct Award via NEPO 513\. Muckle LLP will provide specialist legal support throughout the procurement lifecycle, including pre-procurement advice and strategy development, legal support during the live procurement process, moderation and validation of evaluation outcomes, and assistance with contract award activities\.
