## Description

Post Office is undertaking a programme to modernise and refresh approximately 9,500 branches by 2030\. To support future investment decisions, the business identified a requirement for specialist strategic design consultancy services to define the long-term role and purpose of the Post Office network and develop future branch concepts\. The requirement includes development of: • Future network strategy • Customer propositions and journeys • Branch format concepts • Future service opportunities • Design intent documentation • Future success measurement framework The output will provide a strategic blueprint against which future branch, customer experience, technology and operational change programmes can align\. Additional information: Values included in this notice are excluding VAT\. This award was carried out as a Competitive Call Off from Post Office's own Framework - Branch Assessment and Design & Shop-fit and Signage Framework which commenced 1st July 2024\.
