## Description

The forecast optimisation project is looking to review and improve all forecasting activities across the Agency, informing both OB and Evolve work and seeking to establish and disseminate best-practice from current processes to inform more consistent work across all activity\. This work helps us to establish a baseline and look to identify commonality between approaches to inform the way forward\.
