Description

Leicester City Council (LCC) invites Tenders for the provision of restoring Abbey Park Precinct Wall. Abbey Park is Leicester's premier destination park, with over 500,000 visitors per year. The formal Victorian part of the park, on the eastern side of the River Soar, was opened in 1882, with the Abbey Grounds on the western side of the river opened in 1931, following its previous use as a plant nursery.
