## Description

To be commissioned to undertake further modelling work to enable the New Tees Crossing Project Control Framework \(PCF\) Stage 2 tasks, which were not covered under previous commissions, to be closed out\. The intention is for the scheme to then transition to Highways England who will promote it through PCF3\. The key tasks are:
