T0550 Strategy and Guidance Refresh

National Highways Innovation Group is looking to set up a contract for provision of specific technical support to refresh our Innovation and Research (I&R) Strategy and core guidance that supports the end-to-end innovation pathways from idea through to BAU. This work is required to set the context for research and innovation in National Highways, ensure alignment to our long-term strategic ambitions, the approach to implement the strategy and guidance to support the acceleration of innovation from idea through to BAU.
