The Council of the Isles of Scilly is looking for a single Provider to be appointed for the development of a Climate change adaptation Action Plan, as specified in the Council's Contract Notice Reference Number: 2021 CAS-CCAAP. This is a sub threshold level services contract being procured under the open tender process. As a consequence of the estimated value of the contract this procurement is not subject to the full extent of the Public Contract Regulations
