## Description

Charnwood Borough Council is tendering a contract for the preparation of a Regeneration Framework and Action Plan to deliver its strategic objective for the regeneration of the Watermead Corridor\. The Regeneration Framework and Action Plan will also form evidence that will inform the implementation of Policy CS21 of the Charnwood Local Plan Core Strategy and the preparation of future allocations and detailed policies to assist with delivery of the Corridor
