## Description

The call-off contract shall commence on the 1st June 2022 and the expiry date will be 31st May 2026 for a period of four years including an option to extend by one year to 31st May 2027\. The contract value will be up to £1,000,000\.00 excluding VAT for providing the Requirement in Section 1 of Call Off Schedule 20 \(Call-Off Specification\) based on time and materials\.
