Local Environmental Quality Surveys in line with Defra NI195 Guidance

Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is commissioning a service provider to deliver an annual Local Environmental Quality (LEQ) survey in line with Defra NI195 Guidance to provide an evidence base for contractual standards of the street cleansing service across the year. Survey results will be utilised to support reporting of service standard trends, targeting of resource to areas that require additional attention and inform contractual management.
