Cefas have a requirement for a QuantStudio 5 real time PCR system for detection and quantification of DNA\. Cefas currently use the QuantStudio 3 system and platform, with specific UKAS accredited methods used, and to ensure that results do not vary and adversely affect both statutory, and research and development delivery, the QuantStudio 5 system is required to ensure continued compliance and compatibility\.
