Review of regulatory outcome frameworks in other sectors

To help us to meet our duty in relation to advising on targets that will be used in the next Road Investment Strategy, we want to identify best practice features of regulatory outcomes frameworks for potential application in the highways sector. This study will consider the different approaches used as part of regulatory settlements/determinations in network infrastructure companies and other similar organisations in the UK.
