Work description
The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a feasibility study for Halifax Borough Market's refurbishment and ongoing operation. The study will be the first stage of the Halifax Borough Market project. It will help to inform a Project Initiation Document and business case for delivery of required works.
