Dear Sirs, You are invited to tender for the above titled project. The project aims to improve the existing ventilation system serving lab spaces on floors F&G of the Alfred Denny Building. The works consist of both replacement of existing AHU fans and an additional new AHU to strengthen the systems resilience. The works are to be delivered in a single section under and are briefly outlined below:

• Addition of a New Supply AHU (AHU 07) • Replacement of the 6no existing AHU supply fans • Improved Monitoring Capability (In Duct Air Pressure • Sensors) *Please note the above list is not exhaustive.
