Work description
Tender awarded for Dementia Cafe` for a high quality service to meet the Council's ambition to raise awareness of dementia and support people with dementia and their carers to live well with dementia, in particular accessing peer support. Also to provide a safe, controlled environment to promote social inclusion for people with dementia and their carers by preventing them from becoming isolated.
