## Description

Leicester City Council \("the Authority", "LCC"\) is seeking to appoint a demolition contractor to undertake the partial demolition of St\. Margaret's Bus Station, Burleys Way, Leicester, with structural framing members retained to enable the refurbishment and redevelopment of a new bus station in the location\.
