Gateshead Council is in the process modernising the IT and Audiovisual \(AV\) equipment in the Civic Centre's Council Chamber\. The Civic Centre's Council Chamber is an essential resource for the Council to hold its meetings of the Full Council which are required under legislation and the Council's Constitution and are fundamental to the Council's democratic decision-making\.
