Acas27354 - A process review of Acas's Codes of Practice

This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 DPS

Brief Description of Requirement Acas wishes to review the process by which we create/amend our Codes of Practice from the initial scoping phase through stakeholder engagement and the drafting process. Code content and the required statutory processes for producing an Acas Code (including the role of Acas Council, Secretary of State approval and Parliamentary processes - see sections 199-202 and 248(1) TULR(C)A 1992) are out of scope for the work.
