## Description

Cottenham CLT Limited aims to build around 30 locally-affordable 2 or 3 bedroom homes in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire\. The Trust is looking to engage architectural and surveyor expertise in developing the plan up to planning permission and subsequently engaging a building partner to construct the homes\. The homes will mostly be let to local people at sustainable local rents set between Local Authority "social" and "affordable" housing\.
