Description
Wakefield District Housing (the Employer') has a number of passenger and goods lifts across the region. The intention is to harmonise a programme of refurbishment and maintenance with a single Contractor based on upgrades throughout the Contract term. The Employer now seeks competitive tenders from lift contractors with a view to awarding a contract to a successful tenderer ('the Contractor') in respect of all of the vertical transport installations . The Employer's objectives are to maintain a high level of reliability and availability of its units by operating a system of planned preventative maintenance with response to call outs and call backs/breakdowns maintained at agreed performance levels. Customer care is central to the delivery of any work for WDH. The opportunity is available within the ProContract Due North Portal.
